‍4. Payment Terms All prices, fees, deposits, payment plans, and investment amounts are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in full at the time of booking or purchase unless a written payment arrangement has been approved. If a payment plan is offered: Payments must be made on time Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension or termination of services Any outstanding balance remains due and payable Alpha Aura Institute reserves the right to use third-party payment processors, including Stripe, to process payments securely.

‍5. Refunds All purchases are subject to the Refund Policy posted on this website. By purchasing services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Refund Policy before completing payment.

‍6. Scheduling, Cancellations, and No-Shows Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session. Missed appointments, no-shows, or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited without refund or rescheduling. Alpha Aura Institute reserves the right to terminate services for repeated missed appointments, inappropriate conduct, or failure to comply with these terms.
