Refund Policy


At Alpha Aura Institute, we are committed to delivering high-level coaching, consulting, mentorship, and advisory services with clarity and integrity.

Because our services are personalized, time-based, and reserved in advance, all payments are generally non-refundable.

However: Refund requests made within 24 hours of purchase may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis if no services have yet been delivered.

If a client chooses to discontinue participation after services have started, no refund will be issued for completed sessions, strategy work, consulting time, digital materials, or reserved calendar space.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited without refund. Group programs, workshops, immersive experiences, and digital products are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. In rare situations where Alpha Aura Institute determines that a refund is appropriate, approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.  

Dispute Policy If you experience any concerns regarding your purchase, service, or experience, we ask that you contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or card provider. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and promptly. By purchasing services from Alpha Aura Institute, you agree to first make a good-faith effort to resolve any issue directly with our team.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may be challenged with supporting documentation, including but not limited to: Signed agreements Booking confirmations Email or text communications Proof of attendance Session records Submitted application forms IP address and transaction records Acceptance of policies and terms Please note that payment disputes may result in the immediate suspension or termination of current and future services. Stripe and card issuers may temporarily remove disputed funds during the investigation process, and businesses typically have a limited time to submit evidence in response to a dispute.
